1. World Music Unity Day
A concert to benefit the Music & Ballet School in Baghdad, IRAQ
Featuring documentary film: "Baghdad in Four Days"

Gail Williams Quintet
Vanguard Jazz Collective

2. "Baghdad in Four Days"
A documentary film shot in November 2003 and produced by Wafaa' Al-Natheema.
Featuring: Jazz music by Peter and Lynne Hart
With: a presentation by the filmmaker

Vanguard Jazz Collective

Location: At Old Brick Church, 26 E. Market Street, University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA
Donations: are welcome at the door.
Proceeds go to providing handicapped accessibility at Old Brick
& providing computers and printers for music schools in Baghdad

Music For A Cause Presents:

3. "A Report from Baghdad"
A dynamic follow up to our June 27 jazz benefit for the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra and the Music & Ballet School.
Featuring: Wafaa' Al-Natheema, presenting her new documentary film "Baghdad in Four Days" in which she chronicles her journey to Baghdad and narrates the stories of musicians, family and friends.
With: Grigory Goryachev, Flamenco Guitarist Extraordinaire, in an enticing hour of Flamenco/Jazz.

Donations: are welcome at the door.
Proceeds from this event will go to the Music & Ballet School and other schools of music in Baghdad.
